Wow, even the TV was there!
Our big Christmas celebration with 270 children and another approx. 500 people from the surrounding villages was a huge success.
We also had guests of honour such as the 3rd Prime Minister, a few mayors, an army general (a friend of David’s) etc., and the TV recorded a longer feature. (You can watch it at the very bottom.)
Not only were we able to give everyone food and hand out presents to the children – the children themselves took part too. They performed dances, and many kids moved up a class. As you can see, that is celebrated in style with graduation uniforms. See for yourself in the photos.
