Our new stove and kitchen!
Since the start of the year, we have been able to get the following done:
- Potato field planted
- Maize sown: 12,000 m² (can be resown)
- Lessons started in the new building
- School supplies bought (1152 exercise books)
- Fertiliser bought
- + of course all the ongoing costs such as teachers, supplies, hygiene products etc.
We still need money for the windows and the floor in the building.
We would also love to start a church (Sunday service + home group twice a week), but to get it going we would need about €2,000. (2 pastors + sound system)
About 100 adults would come to the services – that much we can already tell. (And very different from back home!)
